How an engagement runs

Step 1
Assess and design
We confirm the outcome you need, the risks the change must reduce and the controls it must meet. We agree the design with you before any work starts.
Step 2
Deliver with governance
We run the work against a plan, a risk register and a reporting cadence agreed at the start, so the sponsor can see decisions as they are made.
Step 3
Hand over and review
We transfer the service to your operations team with documentation, then review the result against the scope agreed at the start.
